The source said in an interview with the Tasnim news agency that Tehran passed intelligence information to Malaysian officials • In October, a local squad was arrested in Malaysia on suspicion of kidnapping a Hamas engineer

An Iranian security official told the "Tasnim" news agency yesterday (Sunday) that the Mossad knows who the person is who exposed his people in Malaysia.

The Iranian official described the public statements of the head of the Mossad as "an indication of the organization's defeats by the Iranian intelligence apparatus."

According to the official, Israel knows which party exposed their people in Malaysia and handed them over to Malaysian intelligence.

Last October, a group of local residents were arrested in Malaysia on suspicion of kidnapping a Hamas programmer.

The authorities managed to free him and arrest the members of the group.

However, the senior did not directly address the incident.

Recall that in another incident in Malaysia, a Hamas engineer was killed and photos of his assassins were published in the media.

Just last month, Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi spoke with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

In the conversation, Raisi pointed out that the two countries have tremendous and diverse abilities to create international cooperation in the fields of economy, technology and culture.

Raisi emphasized that these efforts will become a reality and this is consistent with their bilateral interests.
